We combine several Massage Techniques, some of them are listed below.

Swedish Massage

Extremely relaxing technique, using long strokes, kneading, vibration and stretching with light massage oils. Pressure can range from very light to very firm. An ideal combination of techniques.

Relaxation Massage

A smooth, flowing style that promotes general relaxation, improves circulation and range of movement, and relieves muscular tension.

Trigger point massage (also called pressure point massage)

We use a variety of strokes but applie deeper, more focused pressure on myofascial trigger points "knots" that can form in the muscles, are painful when pressed, and cause symptoms elsewhere in the body as well.

Reflexology

Symptoms are treated through zones and pressure points on hands and feet. With reflexology you reach deep relaxation in which the body has more ability to repair itself. Reflexology is also avalable for 30 minutes.

Foot reflexology

Application of a specific type of pressure on a particular areas of the feet. It is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet which correspond to every part of the body. We use reflexolgy very often in our massage session, but we dont offer them as a specsiality.
