Gréta / Hólmfríður Margrét Bjarnadóttir

I graduated as a nurse, from the Nursing School of Iceland in 1984. I also graduated from Regions and Respones Theory, from the Regions- and Response Thearpy School of Iceland in 1994. I am educated in hypnosis and I was tutered by Vigdís Steinþórsdóttir, a nurse and Ingólfur Sveinsson, a psychiatrist. I have a Masters degree in Health Science (2009) and in my final thesis I discussed the effect of Regions Thearpy on depression and anxiety.
